No one answers the phone. I've called there multiple times over the last couple days and even left a message but no answer and no call back. I'm just trying to get a refund on the subscription I had to cancel and I never got to utilize the wash. I only just purchased the subscription a few days ago but decided to cancel it as I didn't feel I'd get to the wash enough to make it worth the $40/mo. And then because of the weather I haven't made it over before canceling so I would just like a refund please
I had a solid experience at Tommy's Express Car Wash! There was zero wait time when I arrived, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful—they scanned my code quickly and provided clear directions on guiding my vehicle onto the track and switching to neutral. The wash itself did a fantastic job. The floor mat cleaners were also perfect and made quick work of my mats. On the detail plaza side, it's a bit more average.
