Went to Tommy’s for the first time at 7pm for a one time car wash in attempt to remove honey bee poop (yes bees do poop lol and their droppings are super sticky and difficult to clean off). Chase informed us that if the wash did not remove everything we could go back for a courtesy re-wash; the second wash removed everything perfectly and the employees there were so nice! Even gave our dog a treat. Very pleased with our Tommy’s experience as previous Mr. car wash customers! Thank you guys!
Worst car wash I ever had. I paid for the triple wash on the wheels. My wheels are still EXACTLY the same as they were when I went in. Bugs on the windows and grill, it still has the handprints on the doors where my grandkid touched it. All this place does is rinse your car. Oh, and the vacuums? No. Those things don't pick up anything. Even if you pick it up and hold it in front of the vacuum hose, it STILL won't suck it up. I wish I had checked the reviews before I came here. Least crowded I've found in Wyoming area. Always clean after and I love the free vacuums
