It’s a good car wash but some of the vacuum don’t work as expected
Extremely disappointing experience here. So much so, that I literally cringe each time I pass by. I've only been twice. The first visit was pleasant, I signed up for the unlimited car wash promotional. The employees were kind and helpful, after getting signed up I went through with no issues. I returned the very next day. The next day was totally different. I was not able to drive directly through to the car wash because apparently my info wasn't entered into the system. Great car wash, cleans my car very well. Offers free vacuum stations and has mat cleaning station.
5 stars 6 months ago and STILL 5 stars... went to flagship in Brandywine bc its closer to me but it didn't clean my car as well as Tommy's does. I'll continue to drive into Waldorf for my car wash. I come at least 2-3x a month! just wish the vacuums had good suction as they did when they 1st opened. I understand though that overtime, things wear out but I still like this spot!
Price gouging at this location! Five star car wash, but membership is considerably cheaper if you purchase prepaid gift cards; three month gift cards will save you about $120/yr. At other locations, a 12 month gift card would save you even more, but Waldorf wants $600 — saving you nothing!
