Terrible car wash and terrible staff. I bought a brand new car two weeks ago and went to this car wash twice and it ripped off my fender and they told me from camera footage that it was already ripped off. Ridiculous and nasty manager. Tried blaming the snow. The vehicle is new! Don’t even have real plates yet. If I could give zero stars I would but I have to give at least one.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash. While the wash itself was fine, the behavior of upper management during my visit was extremely unprofessional During one of the busiest times of the day, instead of supporting their team, upper management was talking down to employees in front of customers. I visited on Saturday during a busy time, and I couldn’t help but notice some concerning behavior at the drive-thru window. The lady manager was going back and forth with the young man working the window, and it came across as very unprofessional. Even more troubling, during the rush, I saw her leave the window area and go behind the dumpster. The service felt chaotic, and it made the experience uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this behavior so staff and customers aren’t put in this situation again.
