Extremely disappointing experience here. So much so, that I literally cringe each time I pass by. I've only been twice. The first visit was pleasant, I signed up for the unlimited car wash promotional. The employees were kind and helpful, after getting signed up I went through with no issues. I returned the very next day. The next day was totally different. I was not able to drive directly through to the car wash because apparently my info wasn't entered into the system.
