Stopped by to use the free vacuums (so awesome). An associate, Carolyn, approached me and even offered some free glass wipes. Awesome place!
What exactly am I paying $27 for? Half of the vacuums have almost no suction, and the compressed-air guns barely work. The floor-mat washing machine cannot accommodate raised-edge rubber mats, and there isn’t even a water station where customers can wash them manually. On top of that, microfiber towels cost extra. For $27, the equipment should work and basic supplies should be included. This place is overpriced and poorly maintained.
This place was amazing! I just bought a new Scat Pak and was uncertain on what places to go for a wash. My friends recommended! Ill be back!
