We have been going to this location for several years. There is a big sign that says if you're dissatisfied that says "beautiful. But if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please let us know." Well, after going through our car was not clean and so we went around to ask to go through again and a very stern unfriendly manager said that the satisfaction guarantee was only for subscription members. we mentioned that the sign should clearly say that and it doesn't.
