2-year member, my car has never been cleaner. The employees there have always been super helpful. Just today a great guy named Charlie came up and asked if i would like my mats washed (mine don't lay flat so they can't go through the machine). And reminded me that they are happy to wash them any time, just ring the bell if I don't see any one... and it's not just today you get that level of service, it's every day.
