The vehicle behind me rear ended my vehicle as I was moving on the belt in the carwash. The guy working had zero resolution and blamed corporate Tommy's for their equipment failures. Horrible customer service!
Truck got wrecked tried to switch it to another vehicle wouldn’t work couldn’t get a hold of nobody nobody knew anything. So I’ll just go elsewhere.
Emerson helped me with vacuuming and Cristian helped me with mat cleaning great customer service will come back soon
