Their wash scratched my car and bent my plate. I submitted a complaint with them to open an investigation and they never got back to me or did anything about it. I would recommend avoiding this place
I didn't believe in membership car wash until my experience with J at the Crossroad Commons location, today. He saw that I was struggling and he came out, was helpful, courteous, and friendly. I will be purchasing a membership specifically because of this interaction. Good customer service goes a long way this day in age.
