I love Tommy's because of the friendly workers and the mat washers. Today they even had clean microfiber cloths to wipe the car down and then put in a dirty pile to be washed. My only complaint is about the vacuums. I tried three different vacuums and they are all very, very weak. I know people abuse the vacuums, but they are barely usable. The vacuums are fantastic when a new Tommy's opens, but slowly lose their power.
I’ve been thinking about getting a car wash membership for some time now and have spoken to a couple different places but I didn’t have much confidence in the programs I was being offered. I felt like I was talking to a telemarketer or an overzealous used car salesman. A coworker of mine told me to go see Becky at Tommy’s Express so I stopped there last week on my way home, and boy am I glad I did!
