DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! IT WILL SCRATCH YOUR WINDSHIELD AND VEHICLE! I washed my Lexus LS500 here and my windshield was full of light scratching on the driver side to center of the windshield. I waited to post this review to see what the manager Marie would do about the damage the wash caused. I have been taking my cars and company vehicles here for years and never had this happen. I always have a great experience at Tommy’s Express at 180th & Dodge, and a big reason why is the outstanding team there. Lisa and Caden are incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional every time I visit. They go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly and that customers have a great experience from start to finish. Update: Tommy Wash Manager did replace the wiper blade and arm and were very apologetic about the multiple incidents. I upgraded from 1 to 3-stars. ********** Just got back from Tommy Wash. This is now the seventh time in two months that I've lost my rear wiper in the wash because no one puts the bag on the wiper. The last time it happened was last week and the manager there assured me that if I honked, someone would come out and put it on. I just went through and had my back windshield wiper blade taken off as well as damaging the unit itself. When mentioned it might be in the wash, they came out with THREE different back wiper blades so this happens often I’m guessing from that and the other reviews. I also had my back license plate cover cracked. It’s a dealership cover, but still. I let the manager know and we tried to put mine back on to no avail. Great customer service but terrible car wash.
