Love the pass with unlimited washes! Quick and nice service. My go to car wash.
I’ve been to quite a few Tommy’s in the area and this location is probably the worse managed. I normally have good experiences at Tommy’s but, here I’ve been to dozen times within the year. A attendant was at the Carwash entrance only 3 of those times to guide you in. Vacuums are half the time clogged and no body ever responds to the “press for assistance” button they have available. First and last time going to Tommy's Express. I went to the cashier line and no one ever came to help me. The light was green. To me that indicates it's open. Two employees looked at me and kept walking but that's it. I had to back all the way out because you only get two options which are cashier or app.
