This place broke my tire, nearly got me in an accident on the track. And then blamed me for the incident and refused to fix my tire. It was only a $50 fix and I had been going here for nearly a year and they wouldn't even budge on giving me a free month or anything. This place has the most incompetent management I've ever seen in a business. I waited MONTHS to get this incident resolved. This is the best car wash in town! The staff is absolutely one of the best parts of my day, very convenient location. Not to mention, your car will really shine when you exit the tunnel. I love their conveyor belt system it allows for me to wash my sports car and ************ favorite part of my experience at Tommys Express is their mobile app it allows me to manage my subscriptions and vehicles all in one spot! I LOVE Tommys!
