Ripped off rear wiper on a 2024 and was told they are not responsible anything under a 2026 vehicle. Plus did not clean the bugs or bird poop off my vehicle.
I went for a "works" car wash, and left with bugs still all over my car, missed dirt, and bird poop :( Update! Found a huge ding, and multiple large scratches on my wheel wells. Drove back and was told a manager would call me, but because I left the premises they wouldn't likely do anything.
The car wash is pretty good. It doesn't always get my car clean in the back. I pay for membership so I was it weekly if needed.
