I had a very frustrating experience with this car wash and how the situation was handled afterward. During one visit, an employee actually stopped my vehicle mid-wash using the emergency stop just to tell me I was allegedly driving too fast in the parking lot. I said “okay” and complied, and I was told to continue through the wash.
