I received a coupon for a free "works" wash. The cashier said, that's their best wash. There was way too much soap left on my car. My car was not as clean as I thought it should be. I had to wash the car myself when I got home.

Worst car wash in Smyrna. I went once and never going back. Vaccums are a waste.
Don’t go here unless you want your car wrecked and them to not take responsibility! I legitimately NEVER write bad reviews, but this is just dumb. My trim piece on my window bent off completely and scratched my car. I made a claim. They took pictures. And then…it took them a full business week of me calling every day for them to tell me they won’t cover the $300 damage the car wash did to my 3 year old car because it’s an “adhesive problem.” It takes very little to do the right thing.
