Im really tired of paying for a car wash here and it never actually washing my car. This happened the last time I went to Tommy's too. I went to get my car washed because there was fresh bird poop on my car (on the hood) and it didn't even wash it off. Last time there was mustard of the top part of my trunk and it didn't get it off either. One was at the north location and one was at the south location. Im so tired of crappy businesses being allowed to come to town.
It's ok for quick washes, but it doesn't really get a deep clean. I've had to run through 2 times to get all of the basic dirt/dust off my truck and still left spots/streaks. Leaves lots of soap on my car as well , nevee washes the back side. it jams and the washstops midwash most times. This location is just outdated, poorly maintenance, or just bad.
Did not clean car well also had a very rude female employee with brown hair. Being rude towards us for talking and “kicking mud on the ground” when the mud was dripping from the car that the wash did not clean. It would have been different if she was not as rude as she was. I’m not exaggerating when I say that is the rudest someone has EVER talked to me and my friends before.
Left bugs all over the front and left a white smear all over the whole right side and back. Did not clean very well. Will not be coming back.
Took off most of the dust, left with bugs and water spots.
