I've become member since 2021 & added my 2nd car 2024 & I paid each $44.99 mo. So far I quite satisfied with them but until Jan 8th something happen with my car because of accidently the machine broked my rear blade wiper windshield. I complained & Tjaiden told me in a week I've call manager Jason to ask the progress about my claim. Jan 15th came & meet manager & he promised me to replace my wiper but after 2 weeks there's no news at all. Every time we go through the wash, our vehicle’s are completely clean. Just washed my pickup today, and it did a pathetic job.
I’m at the south Tommy’s in Bismarck, and I just watched one of the employees walk an elderly man out to his vehicle (due to the ice), and it was very heart warming. He stayed to make sure he got into the vehicle alright. The way he went above and beyond was worth mentioning! Also, I get carwashes regularly with the membership and I’ve never had a bad experience.
UPDATE: Tommy's management was kind enough to offer me a rewash. Most of the car looks great, but I came to the conclusion that this is not a car wash for small vehicles; it just doesn't get the back of my vehicle clean - there's still dirt in the crevices. (See 2nd photo) I'm new in town and wanted a good car wash before winter set in so I tried Tommy's. I purchased the $15 wash/wax which I thought was high-priced, and it didn't get the back of my car clean. (See photo) What a disappointment.
