It was my first time coming here and Zach helped me at the window. He was very knowledgeable about the packages and answered my question about the bugs on my car. I was able to wash again for free because not all the bugs came off! What a sweetie.
The vacuums work really well! Isaiah helped me out in the parking lot when I thought the vacuums were $5 but that was the detail kits 😂. I had some issues before but it seems the place has turned around. If I have questions they are more than willing to help me!
Zero stars if I could. I should have read the reviews before coming here. I paid for the most expensive wash $26 and the wash was mediocre. Still had bugs on my car but I wasn’t upset about that. What made me mad was when I came to clean out the interior and vacuum I realized they had no towels or cleaner!!!! But they do have a $5 kit that comes with a reusable microfiber towel, dust cloth, air freshener, glass wipes and all purpose wipes… like really…. I just paid $26 and now I have to buy a detail kit that is not going to ... read more
