Reliable. Consistent. Convenient. Would like to be able to give five stars, but decided to settle with four stars. Two key negative points: 1.) the vacuums are pretty weak. 2.) while the car wash itself is consistent, the chemical flow and strength is somewhat inconsistent. The fact they have multiple locations, don’t scratch the car to hell and have a mobile app where I can manage my account – are the primary reasons we use the car wash. I went here a few times when they opened and started noticing scratches on the hood of my car so I stopped going. Yesterday I took my husband’s car through and it didn’t even look like it had been washed? So I spent $27 on the most expensive one and then had to hand wash when I got home.
