Zane did a wonderful job when i went through today, he helped guide me on to the tracks and sprayed the back of my vehicle all while having a smile and good attitude! Even just a friendly smile can make a persons day better!
I have a nice Volvo and really like the convenience of Tommy's. Initially, it took the rear wiper blade off however they were very pleasant and after reviewing the video, promptly replaced it. However, once the sun came out, I noticed multiple fine (and not so fine) scratches. From other reviews, the likelihood of getting that fixed is zero so I just canceled my membership. I purchased a club membership. I went through the wash and my vehicle looked the same. My tires had more dirt. I cleaned my tires and went back. The tire cleaner doesn’t work and it rubs a dirt film on the tires. Definitely requested a refund.
Tommy's car wash damaged my 2022 F150 truck with 4000 miles on it and when I confronted them about it they told me that they will not cover anything and get a lawyer and take them to court and I was barred from the property and they told me if I was gonna go there again they will have me arrested
