Blocked off at noon on a Saturday (February 7th). Employees are skipping around inside the car wash and spraying down the windows and 2 dozen cars (myself included) pull up and drive around the holiday parking lot while they play around. For the amount of money it costs to buy a monthly membership. Super unacceptable.
They close a lot even though you pay for unlimited. Also, the kids working there are too busy, flirting with their girlfriends who probably shouldn’t be inside
Kudos ! to ULISES. He is friendly, professional and courtesy. He always makes me feel welcome and is quick to resolve any issue. He is definitely a great asset to Tommy's Express® Car Wash. Keep up the great service !
