I was a longtime member, but will never use this Tommy's Express car wash again. I went in with a perfectly good windshield and came out with a crack from top to bottom of my front windshield. The staff handled it unprofessionally and would not accept responsibility stating the video of the wash was inconclusive. Unacceptable!
Savannah was very friendly and helpful.
