First, let me say my car was not that dirty. Few bird droppings, your usual road grime. My Prius does not go off road, or even gravel roads. But if I pay $20, there shouldn't be any road grime left on the back or bugs on the front. But I guess that's what I get for not just going to Holding's and washing it myself. First time experience at Tommy's. Visiting from out of state, stopped in because I caught a lot of bugs while traveling. After wash came out with quite a few bugs & dirt still caked to hood and front grill and headlights -- that can be expected. However, I was really disappointed when it came to the Floor Mat "Washing & Drying" machine. Our mats came out SOAKING wet.
