Tommy’s Express Car Wash is great! Me n my husband have been coming here for a while now. We are 63 and 69 and not in very good health. Most of the time we can only go through the automatic wash system, drive around to where the vacuums are, and use the provided towels to dry any water from our car. We would love to be physically able to vacuum our car. We cannot. Dom came out and greeted us and was very polite and nice and asked if he could do anything to help. My husband and I both absolutely love Tommy's carwash at the pinnacle in Bristol! They have some of the most helpful staff. Dom was the team member who helped us today and he answered every question we had! He even came out while we were vacuuming and wiping our car down to ensure we had everything we needed! It is refreshing to see a young man who works extremely hard, be kind, and all while keeping a smile on his face! We will definitely be keeping our membership at Tommy's!
