I’ve always had a great experience at Tommy’s especially with Evan as a worker helped us through our very first car wash!
Rude staff! they were having a Halloween event at the carwash tonight and I was told the only option to have my car washed was the 25 dollar wash. That is a complete joke. They need to have signage that says that instead of waisting peoples time that wasn’t interested in the Halloween activities and just wanted a simple car wash. The guy working the counter needs to be terminated as he was very rude. I will be taking my business to one of the other 10 car washes Bristol has.
Haunted car wash was great!! Kids had a blast the scare folks was so kind once the youngest in our group started crying. Very interactive and great time. My sister in law and our girls was screaming before we ever paid lol.
☆☆☆☆ Disappointed — Not Worth It My family of four went to the haunted car wash expecting a fun, spooky experience, but we left really disappointed. We only saw about seven actors total — and four of them were outside before we even entered the wash. Inside, there wasn’t much going on at all. Hardly any scares, very little effort, and definitely not worth the money. We were hoping for something entertaining and spooky, but it felt rushed and unorganized. Wouldn’t recommend unless they make big improvements.
Angela was absolutely phenomenal! Sweet as could be, Helpful, And very upbeat, friendly personality! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
