I am extremely upset with how Tommy’s Express handled the damage they caused to my vehicle. I drive a Tesla with a rare paint color that is not easy to match or repair. My car went into their wash in excellent condition. It came out with significant scratches running down the entire side. I immediately reported the damage while still on-site. Very nice people! The wash got even are wheel wells clean which I can't say about every car wash and there are free vacuums!
