I've never met a more cheerful person working with the public. The car wash did a fantastic job for a reasonable price but it's the friendly employees that will keep me coming back.
I live in Evansville and drive past about a half dozen auto washes to come to Tommy's in Newburgh. I like the foam-type wash apparatus vs just high-power water or nylon revolving brushes on my hood & top of vehicle. The vacuum area allows ample room for cleaning. Vacuum suction is adequate, and I would prefer stronger. I returned from a 700+ road trip to Chicagoland and my first stop back in SW Indiana was to Tommy's to get salt and snow grime off the 'Sno Kona.' Been going there with monthly membership over a year. Seems like up keep is starting to lack last couple months. Have been very satisfied up until lately . Have marks on truck from debri in bushes. Mat washers are falling apart, jamming ,no spray, etc... Hoses missing off a few vacums. I hope things get better as weather warms
