Honestly would love to leave you guys a better review but unfortunately I’m not satisfied with the service provided I originally agreed to their monthly offer where I got two months of at $20 and $40 after I didn’t go but two times since I’ve had the monthly subscription and was a day late in canceling before the $40 I called to get assistance getting a refund for the last month since I just can’t justify the subscription that I don’t use. I do NOT recommend Tommy Express Car Wash. Be aware that if your vehicle gets damaged, they will NOT take responsibility. After using their car wash, an issue occurred with my vehicle, and instead of helping or investigating properly, they immediately denied responsibility. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. They hide behind their policies and signs instead of standing behind their service. If something happens to your car, don’t expect accountability or support. Great car wash location. I am glad it does not have those rails to get the tires between. My car stays clean and vacuum as long as the price stays low. The prices are a bit high. Doing the special now, I am going to have to cancel after 3 months.
Always liked this car wash! The price increase sent me away. I just can't see paying more than $20.00 a month for unlimited car washes. There is a special for 2 or 3 months for the works for $20.00. Then I will be switching to the cheapest costing car wash, which is over my cost limit. We shall see what happens...
Needed my car washed and vacuum out. Tommy Wash car mat machine does not take weather mats; the mats have too many curves. May have to wash the car and mats at home. 🤔
