Been going here 2yrs now because it's close to home! I pay a membership and my truck is never cleaned right! Everytime I go I'm stuck inside the carwash because there carwash station just freezes up and we just be sitting in there waiting! I feel like there carwash could cause an accident inside if you don't hit your breaks because it uncontrollably! I used to loveeeeee this car wash, but the quality has been terrible for the last year! I had “The Works” and raised their prices so I went down to “Ultimate” the last 4-5 months they do not clean the tires, but if you have the works you get your tires cleaned. There was a couple of times that it left residue on my car! Tried contacting but nothing came out of it! It’s so bad that I decided to get a membership on a different car wash while I still have my membership with Tommy. Very frustrating and disappointing
Car looks great and I feel better when my car is clean… inside and out!
