Went through yesterday and the attendant that took my money was mocking me to the other employees in the building. They also didn't give me the full wash I paid for. The bottom of the car isn't clean at all. Never come here. Terrible all around. And it is quite expensive.
I went through the car wash, but my car came out just as dirty as before, so I requested—and received—one complimentary re-wash. Yet, the car was still dirty. The wash itself was also incredibly brief and superficial compared to other places. I never want to go there again.
If trained to over deliver on service then Grace Brooklyn has achieved that. Great service! Enormously grateful! Thank you Tommy’s!
