I hate to post something like this, but Tommy’s Express Car Wash has left me no choice. On Tuesday, October 14th, while mid-wash at their Hudsonville location, their equipment malfunctioned and caused over $4,000 in damage to my vehicle. The local manager was great at first and assured me I’d be taken care of — but that’s where the good experience ended.
