Courteous staff. Wash does a good job removing the winter build up.

Need to get the drying better, car comes out to wet.
Your hours are open at 7:00 am then why do we have to sit there till 7:10 and you are still not open. People have to go to work. I always leave room to be able to turnaround and leave. Many cars do. Try harder to open on time!!!!!
