I wouldn't waste your time with this location, I went through, at the end of the wash, something came up and hit the passenger rear door of my truck creasing and scratching it. I go in and no one can access the cameras, so I will get a call in 72hrs, well 72hrs go by and nothing, so I call, and I hear how busy and sorry they are I will hear from someone in 72hrs, well I still haven't heard anything. Went through the washes as a paying customer, not a membership customer. When I went through the wash, half the brushes were not working. Went around to ask the attendant "why these were not working, I only got a half a wash, may I have a refund" Attendant seemed very uninterested, said yeah we are aware of it, if you want, I'll just send you through again another time.
