Left scratches. Went in because I had a coupon for a free deluxe wash and was not impressed.
Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Went here for the first time and it left my car spotty and still dirty. After paying $20 for this I was extremely disappointed. Absolute worst company service!
Summer 2023 If I could give negative stars, I would. Took my brand new car, with 600 miles through here, came out with scratches down the side. Brought it back for the manager to see, he comes out in pajama pants, lies to my face about their equipment and then refuses to submit a claim for damage. He was nice enough to give me the contact number for corporate, who doesn't answer the phone, so I send an email, and still haven't heard back.
