Vacuums don’t work
4th time through the wash and it’s a great wash. But got yelled at tonight by a younger dark haired girl because “I was entering too fast” when I put my truck in neutral when the sign said to. Apparently was going to hit the vehicle in front of me and the hit the emergency stop, but then they resumed it. lol. Please check the cameras. I will be cancelling all my vehicles memberships.
Car wash is great but the vacuums are terrible I’m not sure if they are broken or if they just don’t suck anything up. I’ve tried multiple vacuum stations and while they are on they barely do anything. They need to fix this. I suggest Mister carwash, they maintain their stuff very well
I like the wash, so far. The price might not be too bad if you could actually get the unlimited uses. I live a ways away, that's why I gave up myj membership. The last 2 times I went there, beginning of Feb, I believe and now today. Both times website said it was open, so thought I could stop and get my car washed beings I was in EC. I got there and it said closed for the day, maintenence. I couldn't even vacuum my car! The way it's going, I will not get my money's worth as I'll be lucky to get 2 or 3 washes out of 1 month..... read more
