Tommys express lawrence is the worst location I've experienced. Constantly the brushes are flipping my mirror or pulling the tab on my rear windshield wiper. I only have this problem at this specific location. I've been to other tommys express in other states this one location every single time I come pulls my mirrors in the opposite direction.
Jacob was so helpful and polite with my vacuum problems would suggest every time
Excellent customer service! Ben and Jacob clean my floor mats for me and did a great job. Very non-judgmental about the about of coffee spilled on them highly recommend!
Avoid Tommy’s Express Car Wash in Lawrence—Protect Your Vehicle. I’ve gone to Tommy’s for two weeks. It’s the first and only wash I’ve used since getting my car ceramic coated and my headlights tinted. I was warned not to use automatic washes—but I took the risk. I regret it. About a week in, I noticed horizontal scratches on the tint of my headlights and fine scratches on the body of my black Tesla. They weren’t there before.
