Absolutely terrible experience at Tommy’s Express. The employee named Clayton was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude from the moment I arrived. Instead of being helpful or professional, he was dismissive and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Customer service is a huge part of any business, and being treated disrespectfully makes me never want to come back. They have a great wash system
I’m a regular I get my car washed here almost every other week and whoever that new guy is that looks high as hell now every time that I come I think his name is Dewayne, remove him! He’s gonna ruin business for yall, his eyes were bloodshot red and then he asked me if I wanted to buy any marijuana from him.. very weird.
Parker was a very good hard worker. He is a very polite and very nice young man. 10/10 experience.
