Went into Tommy’s with 4 working tires, came out with 3 working tires. Heard a loud noise near the end of the car wash and my tire pressure light came on. Drove two minutes down the road and when I pulled over my tire was completely flat. Things happen, so I called and let them know. The person I spoke with said that I could file a claim “if you really want to,” but it would be denied. Apparently there is not enough video evidence on their end. EDIT: We have a free trial for the $40 subscription. We've gone to this location twice (AND the one on hilltop) and so far the back of our nissan rogue is still dirty when we exit the wash. Pollen literally still covers the back of our vehicle and that's insane. We will not be going back (not that they'll actually care). Went there today and got "the works" for $20. Everything was great til I got out and actually looked at my car. There are literally still handprints on the hood of my car and dirt spots on the doors.
The wash on caraway is the worst of them all! Always something. Ted wolf much better location
