Sharing this to help others make an informed decision. After my wife went through the automatic wash at Tommy’s, she noticed fresh scratches and dings on her vehicle that absolutely weren’t there beforehand. She reported the issue right away, and we were told management would review the video footage. A few days later, they got back to her and claimed that, due to glare in the footage, there wasn’t enough evidence to prove the wash caused the damage. We always get an excellent car wash at Tommy's Express
Found one while traveling, and I had lots of bugs during a road trip. I'm a member, so I was in, out, and back on the interstate in no time.
I’ve never had a bad experience at Tommy’s. I’ve been a subscriber for a few years now. The vacuums are always functioning and the floor mat cleaner is nice too! I’ve never had a vehicle get damaged. If you’re super worried about your paint, you probably should be trying to find a touchless wash but this one does a better job than touchless can.
