The belt was broken do the wash wasn't available when we pulled up. The staff were SUPER professional about it, explained, apologized, then gave us a free wash and invited us to still us the vacuums and area. When we pulled into the vacuuming area we were gifted with a detail kit and my grandson was given stickers and high fives. All the employees were still working on something, cleaning facilities, assisting customers, etc. This brief glitch could not have been handled better! So impressed.
