While using the vacuums I noticed one side was clogged. Taylor was quick to come over and unclog it for me so I could continue cleaning out my car.
Taylor is always outside when I see her, always making sure the lot is clean for the public. Answers any questions and is super nice!

The other day I came to Tommy’s express for the first time ever I seen a young man cleaning the vacuums he seen me looking around like I was lost he walked over and asked if there was anything he could assist me with and I asked how to turn the vacuums on he didn’t like laugh or anything he told it’s the little red bottom and explained to me about the mat washers he asked me to do a survey I’m not the one who does surveys but he was so helpful thank you Chris and Tommy’s express stuff for your your amazing car wash
