dryers in the car wash decided to take the day off I guess, left the car wash with the Pacific Ocean on my car, none of the vacuums were on an hour and a half before closing time, $20 for a rinse off
Stopped at Tommy's today 5/31/26 to get my truck washed and my first time here. I payed $12 and when i got done parked to vac truck i noticed the right / passenger side was still dirty so i went back and they ran it thru again..still dirty!. I taken my truck thru these type places before and no problems truck comes out clean except here. I stopped there for the first time today on my lunch break. I paid $20 for the ultimate wash. Normally I would inspect my car and clean the inside but since I was pressed for time I just drove back to work. It wasn’t until then that I noticed that nothing was ultimate about the wash I received. There was not a drop of tire shine on any of my tires so I definitely wasted $20. I would have been better off just paying for the basic wash.
Had a bad encounter with one of the employees. He said he was from out of state, Michigan I think? Was awfully inappropriate and very rude! Tried asking for some help but unfortunately they just gave me the run around. Thankfully a kind stranger helped me out, made the experience so much more forgiving! Thanks Alex!
