Great wash and customer service as always!
This car wash offers good value overall. However, my main concern is the lack of staff attentiveness when it comes to assisting with issues at the conveyor. I had difficulty shifting my vehicle into neutral, and the roller conveyor continued to push the car forward, creating a stressful situation. Many other car washes have attendants readily available to guide customers and prevent incidents like the one I experienced.
Love this place. Its so easy. Great wash, free vaccum service and car mat washing station. Well equipped with cleaning kits you can buy for $5. Always my choice when Im Middletown, DE. Highly recommend.
