Damaged my antenna and mirror during the carwash. Management could care less. They took my info and said I would hear from corporate. It has been a month and nothing, they didn’t return my calls.
The last 2 weeks including today I stop around noon and the car wash is down. The floor mat cleaning machine has been broken for over a month. It seems like every time I use the car wash the the vacuum and my location never works . I purposely switch locations every time I go and each time the vacuum cleaner doesn't work . They're always trash on the ground This used to be a good car wash lately it's been going down hill. I think it may be time for me to cancel my membership.
So I came in yesterday to get my car washed. I pay extra to get the works and my car washed barely clean. The car mat washer was out of order. The worst part is my rearview mirror is cracked and some type of film on there after going through the wash. My rearview mirror was not cracked before I got there. I spoke to a manager and he was laughing and not taking it serious and saying he doesn’t understand how this happened and his car is fine. I was not rude to him.
