Can’t speak highly enough about Tommy’s Carwash. I’m a college student and need to watch my budget. The crew here has helped me out a number of times getting promos and deals to keep the salt off my car this winter. I mistimed my cancellation now that the weather is nicer and they refunded my charge without any issues. The wash always had my car shining too.
First time here recently. Was upsold to the most expensive wash ($25) plus a free trial for 30 days. Sure, why not. This wash took literally 30 seconds and my wheels have *never* been filthier. I mean, it's laughable that I had to re-wash the car elsewhere to get the wheels clean. This has never happened at any car wash in my life, so I just had to laugh and move on. I won't be back.
The price for the car wash is not bad, but the customer service is lacking. I had a lady at the entrance of the car wash who was incredibly rude and condescending. Also, the car wash didn't really do that great of a job. My car still has some dirty spots. Just wish they would at least treat their customers better!
