They were delicate with my taller than normal vehicle. We weren't sure how it would handle but it worked just fine.
I've been twice in the last month. Everything was good, but most of the vacuums do not work. It is very annoying having to move the car several times to find a vacuum that works. Not worth lowering their rating, people are too quick to give 1 stars and hurt a business. Please fix the vacuums, thanks.
They do a terrific job on our car. Reasonably priced, too.
