Id give a higher score if I could. The wash itself was alright.. however the customer service is what makes up for it! I had bugs on the front of my car from traveling, I asked if there was anything I could add to make sure they come off, the girl at the window said all the washes will get them. I paid for the works and when I looked there was still a number of bugs.. so at first I was pretty upset.
