Easily the worst location in existence. You'll frequently have one or more of the following issues: vacuums not working, dryers not working, sudden stops and backups in the carwash, lines out to the road. I came here today and the dryer wasn't working. I also tried 5 different vacuums, none of them had enough power to pick up dirt.
Pretty frequently open 10+ minutes after 7 and not at 7. Edit: 1 week later, 7:10, still closed.
Tommy’s Express in Grandville is hands down the best car wash experience around. The customer service is exceptional and really sets this place apart. Max, Luke, Asher, Aubrie, Kenzie, Jaden, and Charlie were all friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
