Vacuums are still the weakness here
Very disappointing experience with Tommy Car Wash. I had a monthly membership for 2 cars, but they kept overcharging me every time I washed my car until I noticed and called them. They claimed it was a “pay per wash” membership, which makes no sense since I purchased it directly through their app. On top of that, the service quality is poor, they charge more than competitors, and the vacuums are often faulty. Definitely not worth the money.
I like Tommy’s but when you use the vacuums, they seem to never work at this location. (very light suction) Chicago drive location vacuums work way better!
Not a fan of this location. I reached out and didn’t get a response. Subscribed to works membership went through the wash 3 times Jeep was still covered in dirt and left soap bubble marks on my windows and doors. This car wash has issues. Workers didn’t want to spray my Jeep with a hose either.
