I have paid twice in a week at the Court Street location. The machine accepts the credit card payment and says "the wash is busy ". I sent a text message with no response. Do not come here!
Paid for an automatic car wash, machine never started. Had to go back around and pay AGAIN for it to work. No one in house to speak with, no available phone numbers there or online. Don’t waste your money like I did.
The unit broke down again. No wash.
Paid 10$ It sprayed my truck with soap then stopped and wouldn’t go again. Had to move the arms to be able to get out of it. The number is out of service. Never go here
Only half of the washing tools worked. My car did NOT leave clean. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
