This is the only Tommy’s that is near me in Santa Ana, the food is always great. The people are very nice, never changes which is a great thing.
Avoid this location if you expect your order to be made correctly or the staff to stand behind their mistakes. I ordered two Double Cheeseburgers with NO mustard and NO pickles. My receipt clearly showed those modifications, yet both burgers came with mustard and pickles. I called and was told to come back the next day. When I returned, Lauren (the cashier with blue hair who took my order the night before) argued with me and insisted they would only remake the burgers—not the entire meal. Im in town for warped tour and was looking for a local (not something I have back home) and not only was the food fresh, it was fast and not greasy. It was great. The staff was amazing and nice. And if you haven’t tried it get the peppers and use the juice on the burger and put the peppers on the burger. Will be coming back before I leave
The food was ok. The thing that stinks is the fact that their menu is tiny. It is very expensive for what it is as well. I got a chilli cheese hot dog and chili cheese fries and it was over $18. That was my first and last time going there. The service was great though. The girl was very happy and gave recommendations. She was very kind.
Tommy is not for everyone, either you love it because of the unique chili on the burgers and dogs or you hate it. Regardless Tommys well always be Tommys
