Open on Sunday's which my other Burbank burger place isn't. Nothing special, but does the job when you want a burger fast.

CRAZY good food – Tops is home to the most sinful delights I've ever indulged. The chili burgers are superb, the chili cheese fries are FANTASTIC, with the cheese and chili oozing all over...YUM! Add a bit of jalapeno to that if you dare and WOW, you're in business. 5 stars!
Greasiest Great Burgers, best Chili Fries – Best greasy foods you should have at least once a year. Maybe too greasy. While eating it, it's the best. Forget about the next day. Best Chili Fries.
Best Chili Dogs, Great Chili, Fast Drive-Thru – If your are a chili dog fan, this the place. The chili makes very good dogs fantastic. It has one of the fastest drive-thrus in town. Normally open until 11pm Sun-Thurs it extends its hours until 1 am. The fries are very good but better with the chili. I like the hamburgers but not as well as the dogs. Do recommend. – "Tommy's" is one of the originals especially when you are talking about its chilis. They have the most amazing chili dogs, burgers and fries. I usually just pay more attention on the chili dogs to avoid the big mess. I don't know if it's me, but I couldn't really eat a Tommy's burgers without a fork and I don't like messy burgers. I still love "In and Out" Burgers compare to this (unfortunately they don't serve chili dogs), but do crave for Tommy's chilis from time to time.
tommy's RULES – i recomended it to probably 50 people..this place rocks, best BURGER ever.
Greasy but Good – Not many "burger shacks" can still be found. But Tommy's has always been there. In the early hours after the clubs, in the after noon (waking from a hang over) or just when you feel like stopping your heart, Tommy's chili/cheese fries and burgers can't be beat.
