I called around getting quotes for a new clutch, and Tommy’s quoted me almost exactly the same as another shop I was going to bring my car to, but they also included in the quote the pilot bushing, rear main seal, and included resurfacing of the flywheel. Faith, one of the employees, even did some extra homework and found a shift boot collar upgrade, to replace the broken plastic piece inside my shift boot. I can’t say enough good things about Tommy’s. Faith truly went above and beyond to help me. She worked incredibly hard to diagnose the issue, where no one else could, and explained everything clearly along the way. What really blew me away was the honesty and fairness extended to me. the Toyota dealership had quoted me an exponentially higher price for the exact same repair (and many more that were absolutely unnecessary).
