Took van to tommy brand new belt broke after 300 miles. Told him to look at pulleys And change brand new tensioner. A week later he calls says vans done. I pick it up And all he did was change belt. I leave and belt starts screaming a mile down the road. I return van to tommy telling him it's definitely not on right and to again look at and change pulleys and tensioner. Tommy was very straight forward, did a nice job on my car (which had to be towed in), and for a very fair price. Also very responsive answering all my calls as all of my interactions were over the phone until I picked up my car. It took about 1 week to make the repair. Overall, excellent experience
I called in to see what their availability was to make an appointment to get my car fixed. I explained clearly what my issue was with my vehicle. Next thing you know, the person on the other end hung up on me, I'm assuming because of the language barrier but why would you hang up with a potential client??
I love going to Tommys. Tommy and his brother are great mechanic. My family's been going to him for years. He's fast, he's honest, he maybe a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for....
Hes so amazing!!! And kind! He fixed my car with no problem!!! Amazing handwork!
