I was having my records transferred from a doctor in Memphis, TN, I signed release forms and they said I would need to wait until they received them to set up an appointment. When I called 2 weeks later to check on my records transfer I was put on hold twice for a total of 25 minutes and they never got back to me!!!! I'm sure that is just a sign of what's to come with my treatment, unprofessionalisim and customer service experience. I will be transferring to a different doctor because of this initial experience!
