Ok, so I went to Tommy Tamale for the first time last night. It was sooo good. 🤤 I happened to be back in Grapevine today for a meeting, so I went Tommy again for lunch! 😂 Also got to meet Tommy himself and he’s a super nice guy. He greets people when they come into the cafe and I think that’s so awesome. I don’t usually take time to write reviews, but I just had to say something about this place. Definitely recommend! Try the Tommy bowl. 😋 (Please come to Arlington! 😉)

The tamale frito pie is AMAZING! So is the queso. Let’s be honest everything here is amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful too.

Tommy actually greeted us personally at the front door with a big, genuine smile and welcome - then showed us around, as we were obviously newbies. Lots of great take-home items available for purchase including some very unusual and yummy sauces, salsas, and other condiments. We went with the chicken tamale bowl, which.
