Everything thing was good until I had to use the extended warranty my wife and I purchased with our 2019 chevy blazer rs, asked for and was specifically told our warranty be good for 7 yrs 70000 miles, transmission went out and extended warranty company Horizon, is only paying so much on labor, I'm out of pocket about 2300.00 dollars, which is part of labor cost that extended warranty will not cover, labor cost have went up and I have to pay the difference, maybe my fault maybe not, guess it's in the fine print somewhere, th... read more
Almost everyone I talk to here is very short and curt in the way they speak to customers. Walking in the door, the guy at the service desk would rather just stare at me like a freak than ask politely what he could do for me, eventually finally asking “Yes? 🤨” even though he knew damn well why I was there. They told me 1 hour for an oil change even with an appointment. It’s now been 2.5 hours and they only just now sent someone to checks the brakes I asked them to check.
