I walked into Tommy nails behind a woman who did not look anything like me. She also didn't look like the workers that worked there. However, when she walked in, she was greeted.The statement was made, longtime, no sea and laughter was, had. I stood and waited patiently, when I was acknowledged, the question was, do you have an appointment? I said, no, do you accept walk-ins? The response was, we are very busy. Ive been going here every month nearly for the past 2 years… but this was my last time. I got used to salons not prepping cuticles pushing them back or even using lotion at the end, but they stopped filling my nails. A NAIL SALON STOPPED FILLING. My thumb nail broke before my appointment i left with it still uneven and just painted over and was still charged $60 plus tip… if im paying $70 for a service you would expect they would care about how the nails look. He is always giving random prices and I went there every 2-3 weeks, every week different price and getting more and more expensive

The pedicure I got was okay at best. She didn’t scrape off any of the dead skin on my feet which is something I look for in a good quality pedicure. I’m not sure if I had to ask for some sort of deluxe treatment but when I looked on the list of services it only had one option for a pedicure. She did a good job at shaping my toes and the quality of nail polish was good as well but the overall pedicure was poor.
