I just happen to run across reviews for Tommy Miles .. I bought a house from Tommy in July of 2019 .. the experience was smooth as silk .. his custom homes are of great quality .. Tommy stands behind his homes 100%. I only had a couple issues , garage door opener , and some led lights . This was of no fault from the builder what so ever . I contacted Tommy and it was fixed in a few Days .. Tommy is a very busy man building quality homes . His employees are also just as kind .. I would have to fully agree with Mrs. Steele's review. My husband's parents came down from North Dakota for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was not a pleasurable experience because of Tommy Miles!!! They were to be here from Wednesday the 27th through Wednesday the 4th. They were forced to leave early, Monday the 2nd, due to the lack of sleep from all of the continuous obnoxious noise in the area. We bought a "Custom Home" built and sold by Tommy Miles and his group, over a year ago. We've had nothing but issues since day one. The plumbing, hvac, millwork, sewage etc have all been a nightmare and very costly to get sorted and corrected. There is also the inconvenience of Tommy's continual construction in the area. We knew there would be more development in the area and was fine with that but we were blindsided by what we've experienced. We purchased a home built by Tommy nearly three years ago. Because it had sat for a few months there were a couple minor issues (water heater and plumbing) that required attention. He was Sunday and Holiday responsive and addressed all issues. Our home is beautiful and we have had zero problems related to construction. I continue to notice quality in hidden places where there could have been shortcuts.
