Tommy was a pleasure to work with throughout the home-buying process. We looked at several properties together before finding just the right condo for me in Lanier Heights. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with my new home. Thanks, Tommy!
Tommy Martin answered my call for a proactive, capable, market-savvy realtor to help me find a property in the NW section of Washington DC. He's a very pleasant, affable young man in tune with his surroundings on all levels, and is quite empathic to his clients' needs. We located a property, where we went through the initial stages, including connecting with an equally efficient mortgage company. Tommy helped us buy the apartment we had always dreamed of, and I truly enjoyed working with him. He was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. He never pressured me, rushed me, or acted aggressively. Instead, he listened carefully and understood exactly where I was coming from. Tommy is friendly, approachable, and has a genuinely positive attitude. He never displayed the pushy attitude you sometimes encounter in real estate. His patience and professionalism made the entire experience so m... read more

In the end, he got me a great deal that I’m extremely happy with and made the entire process incredibly simple. If you’re looking for a realto... read more
Tommy was great to work with! We were working with another real estate agent before Tommy, and it was night and day. It felt like he was truly on our team and advocated for us the way an agent should. He guided us in our decision making and would be transparent if he thought a house needed a lot of work, wasn't a good purchase, or wasn't the house for us which helped build a lot of trust in him throughout the process. Ultimately, we got the house we wanted and couldn't be happier. He was super responsive and patient with us.... read more
