We have been very pleased with the care we have received at Koen Orthodontics! Staff gives excellent care and they are very professional. What more could you ask for then zero interest payment plans? That has been so helpful for our family having two boys getting treatment at the same time. We refer them to everyone!
The absolute worst. My daughter still needs her teeth corrected. Dr Koen is very rude as well. I do not recommend them to anyone. No compassion for the children they are taking care of. All about the money.
Dr Koen is the worst orthodontist - do not go to him. My child's teeth are worse than they were before she got braces. She had a tooth that would not come down and he never said that she would either have a space there or crooked teeth. Then he wanted to charge me more money because it was taking longer than he stated and she was getting frustrated. He is very passive aggressive in talking to people as well. Such a horrible man. The office is easy to find, nicely decorated, and always clean. However, I am unable to get appointments when necessary. If your scheduled is flexible they are a decent office, however, if you have kids that go to school during the day, I would not recommend them. I am VERY disappointed.

Needs after school hours I have an EXTREMELY difficult time getting appointments. Office is inflexible with school schedules; my child has special needs and it is important that she has a regular school schedule. The office is not considerate my family??s situation.
