I ruined my sterling silver Mjolnir pendant with Tarn-X not even a week after I bought it. I had also twisted and smashed the jump ring on my stainless steel chain while trying to remove the pendant—because I was incompetent. Embarrassed and crestfallen, I took it to this place for restoration, curious to see what could come of my visit. Everyone was very nice, upbeat, attentive, and helpful. Gotten multiple pieces of jewelry for my wife and daughter. They loved them! I also had my cheap (bought at the mall) necklace clasp repaired at Tommy J's.
I had a very delicate bracelet that needed mended and I simply walked in and left maybe 3 minutes later with my bracelet fixed! I do believe it was the owner who helped me, and he was so kind and quick! I wasn’t in the market for any new jewelry, but walked around a bit while he was working on my bracelet and he has such beautiful pieces! Definitely recommend for any repairs/ jewelry shopping!
A hidden gem, no pun intended;) Hands down, one of the most beautifully, hand crafted jewelers that I have ever encountered. Unique designs and amazing service. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!
