Only giving one star because this is the first review I have ever given, and I don't know that I have the ability to give 0 stars. Working with these agents has been AWFUL and I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE. I came to the reviews to hopefully find that my experience was rare, but a review posted only a week ago has some striking similarities to mine, which is quite troubling.
