I went to this store on 6/7/26 around 5:30pm, and upon checking out I had a question regarding sales/discounts because there were so many signs around the entire store and the discount wasn’t matching a sign that was posted. The blonde supervisor on the duty responded with attitude and was very rude. I would give her 0/5 stars if I could. The only reason I am giving 2/5 stars is because there were two gentleman working that were both very kind and helpful during my time there.
I ordered a Tommy Hilfiger boots online and I was disappointed. The quality is so poor, I returned it to this stores. They almost did not accept it bcoz it looks like I already it of which I told them it was only tried on.
Our cashier Evan was very helpful and friendly. He struck up a conversation while ringing up our large order instead of getting annoyed like other places would have been with such a large purchase. He has very good customer service skills and it should definitely be recognized by management. I will definitely be coming back when I visit the outlets again.
